Our policy lasts 30 days after you have received the products. After this period, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Must be unused and in the original condition in which you received it.
- Must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return items to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be processed automatically to your credit card or original payment method within a set number of days.
Exchanges/ Partial Refund
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at sales@nanamall.com.
Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be covered by us if the product was sent incorrectly. However, if you are returning an item for any other reason, such as a change of mind, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. In such cases, shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Check with your bank, as there may be some processing time before a refund appears.
